She Rides!

This program focuses on improving cycling skills, introducing the participants to new local rides and having fun whilst maintaining safety.

We begin the program with some fun skills and then proceed to improving fitness with longer rides.

This program is for ladies who would like to increase their ride distances to a comfortable 40km plus a little more.

Rides conquered include "the river loop", Fig Tree Pocket and Mt Coot-tha and more.
