Even with the thrill of crushing your personal bests on Strava (and maybe some of your friends), you may be struggling for a longer term goal that is more than "ride a really long way".

Racing is an exhiliarating way to test your legs and fitness - and provide the motivation you need to get up, train and stay fit every day.

What's this racing thing?

Racing pits you against similar level competitors - from relative beginner through to elite riders - on a closed (criterium) or open (road-racing) circuit has limited traffic (depending on course).

Activ has a group of racers who compete across most levels of Masters racing (30+) in South East Queensland events.

The training programs we offer take you through the mechanics of racing, purchasing a race licence, entering races and developing successful strategies and tactics for racing.

Our outdoor programs include race simulations, advanced cornering, descending and ascending skills.

Activ's indoor program and power based training intervals have been successfully used to deliver victories in premier road-races, and at National level competition.
